Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for fall mornings, an afternoon pick-me-up, or even as a healthier dessert. It’s quick, nourishing, and satisfies those pumpkin pie cravings without the extra sugar or baking.

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk (or your favorite nut milk)
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Instructions
 

  • Freeze 1/2 banana ahead of time.
  • Add crushed ice and all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a little extra nutmeg on top.
  • Sip and enjoy your pumpkin pie in a glass!
