And vitamin C. I started with 1000 mg twice daily using timed-release capsules. This helps avoid the digestive issues high doses can cause. Slowly, I worked my way up to 6,000 mg a day. I took 3,000 in the morning and 3,000 in the evening.

Three months later, my heat intolerance was gone. Just… gone.

Other MS symptoms also started reversing. The severe dry mouth that made swallowing difficult disappeared. My eyes blacking out when I turn my head—gone! For the first time in years, I felt like I was getting my life back.
