🌱 Free Resource Library

A quiet tea moment, just one of the simple, grounding visuals behind the Nourish and Heal Library.
Simple Tools to Help You Manage MS Naturally
Welcome to the Nourish and Heal Library, your private space filled with tools to support your healing. This library was created for people who want to nourish their body, calm their mind, and take steady steps toward feeling better.
Everything here is free for subscribers and designed to help you stay on track with your healing.
I created the Nourish and Heal Library because I remember how overwhelming it felt when I started managing MS naturally. These are the exact resources I wish I had back then—easy to use, comforting, and built for real life. My hope is that each tool helps you nourish your body and heal at your own pace.

📘 What You’ll Find Inside
Inside this private library, you’ll find calm, practical tools made to help you nourish your body and support healing in simple ways.
✅ Featured Now:
Weekly Symptom Tracker
This gentle tracker was created to match my nourish and heal approach. It helps you:
- Notice small improvements
- Stay consistent with your habits
- Look back and see how far you’ve come
It’s easy to use and made for people managing MS naturally. It’s not sold anywhere. You’ll only find it here, for free.
🖨️ How to Use It
I enjoy creating things on the computer (I was a graphic artist in a past life). That’s why most of my resources are interactive PDFs, you can fill them out digitally or print them, whichever feels easier for you.
Print out a fresh page each week and keep it somewhere easy to reach, on your nightstand, fridge, or tucked inside a journal. I like to fill mine out every Sunday night and reflect on the small wins from the week before. It’s a simple way to stay focused and notice healing as it’s happening.
Hopefully, they’ll make things just a little easier as you focus on feeling better.
